Where do I pick up my pass?
GIFF’s VIP Concierge will contact pass holders in April 2019 to help them book their festival experience and communicate important dates and information about the passes. Passes/Tickets and gift bags can be picked up anytime between May 28th and May 30th, 2019, at the GIFF Box Office
How do I use my pass?
Always wear your pass to festival events. Enter the Priority Admission line for the event/film you are attending. Arrive 20 minutes in advance to guarantee priority seating (unless you are a Cinephile or Founding Member/Sustainer).
What is the refund/exchange policy?
All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges, unless you would like to upgrade your support/pass level. GIFF reserves the right to refuse service to anyone to ensure a secure, professional, and convenient environment for all of our guests.
Do I need a pass to attend a film screening or panel?
Passes give you priority admission and reserved seating to films and panels. General admission film and panel tickets go on sale one month before the festival begins at www.greenwichfilm.org.
