The Changing Face Of Film Distribution

Funding from major Hollywood studios used to be the only way to get a film made and widely distributed, however, in the past couple of years, methods of film distribution have rapidly changed. With the widening of the independent film market, filmmakers have many more avenues to get their projects in front of an audience. How has this change in distribution affected the film industry and the future of filmmaking?

Please join us for an enlightening discussion featuring filmmaker Rob Burnett (Writer, Director), Andrew Karpen (CEO, Bleecker Street) and Adrienne Becker, (CEO, Level Forward/Co-Founder, Killer Content). This is a Passholder only event. Please contact Ginger at ginger@greenwichfilm.org.
